spore balls

gal: loodgrijze blaren of zwellingen, die openbarsten en een bruinzware korellig-poederige massa sporenballen vrijgeven. De sporenballen bestaan uit 1(-3) sporen, omgeven door een incomplete laag kleinere steriele cellen.

gall: lead-coloured blisters or pustules that eventually rupture and release a blackish brown, granular-powdery mass of spore balls. The spore balls consist of 1(-3) sporen, surrounded by an incomplete layer of lesser sterile cells.

Anemone apennina, blanda, hortensis, narcissifora, nemorosa, ranunculoides, seemenii, sylvestris, trifolia, virginiana.

opmerkingen: Op Anemone hortensis kan ook U. antipolitana voorkomen; die verschilt in de sporenballen.

notes: On Anemone hortensis also U. antipolitana may occur; that species differs in the spore balls.
