Larvae white, jumping; spatula yellow, apically broadened with obtuse lobes that are as long as wide and separated by a concave excision. Pupation in the ground.

At the date of collection, April 6th, the larvae did not hold any larva. The gall, that was found on the exact Belgian-Dutch border (along the brook called Itterbeek) is not known in either country.
