According to Levey only <em>Succisa<\/em> comes into consideration.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-distribution\">BENELUX<\/h3>\n<p><>Not known from the Benelux countries(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fauna-eu.org\">Fauna Europaea<\/a>, 2016).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-distribution\">distribution within Europe<\/h3>\n<p>From Germany till Spain (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fauna-eu.org\">Fauna Europaea<\/a>, 2016); also Great Britain (Levey).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-synonym\">synonyms<\/h3>\n<p><em>Trachys subglabra<\/em>; <em>Trachys compressus<\/em> Abeille de Perrin, 1891; <em>Trachys troglodytes subglaber<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The Fauna Europaea considers <em>subglaber<\/em> a subspecies of <em>troglodytes<\/em>, but because in the UK, according to the experience of Levey, both species might co-occur this is improbable.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"topic\">larva<\/h3>\n<p>see Bil\u00fd (1999a).<\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-references\">references<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"references\">Cobos (1986a), Bil\u00fd (1999a, 2002a),  Levey (2012a), S\u00e1nchez Sobrino &amp; Tolosa S\u00e1nchez (2005a), Verdugo (2005a), Verdugo Paez (1997a).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trachys subglaber Rey, 1891 mine Probably indistinguishable from the mine of T. troglodytes. host plants Caprifoliaceae, ? oligophagous Knautia arvensis; Scabiosa canescens, columbaria; Sixalix atropurpurea; Succisa pratensis.
