Pupation external.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-hostplant\">host plants<\/h3>\n<p>Cyperaceae, narrowly monophagous<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"latinnames\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bladmineerders.nl\/carex\">Carex<\/a> digitata, ericetorum, humilis.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-phenology\">phenology<\/h3>\n<p>Univoltine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-distribution\">BENELUX<\/h3>\n<p>Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2010).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-distribution\">distribution within Europe<\/h3>\n<p>From Fennoscandia to the Pyrenees, Italy, and Greece, and from Ireland to Poland (Fauna Europaea, 2010).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-larva\">larva<\/h3>\n<p>Greyish green, prothoracic and anal plates amber coloured.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head-pupa\">pupa<\/h3>\n<p>Brown.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"head-synonym\">synonyms<\/h3>\n<p><em>Biselachista freyi<\/em>: Traugott-Olsen &#038; Nielsen (1977a).
