Cylindromorphus gallicus Mulsant & Rey, 1963
Oviposition just above a node; oviposition site covered by a drop of dried secretion. Most of the mine is in the inside of the leaf sheath, but often the mine extends a few cm into the leaf blade. Pupation internal.
In the older literature Hypericum perforatum, Helianthemum nummularium and Achillea are mentioned as host plant.
