Mine upper-surface: a narrow corridor, continued into a blotch that in the end may occupy almost an entire leaf. Frass in the blotch in several coarse grains. Pupation now within, then outside the mine.

Larvae in May, June (Hering, 1957a).

BENELUX

Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2009).
