Liriomyza dendranthemae Nowakowski, 1975
Long, upper-surface, gradually widening corridor, usually forming a secondary blotch that can occupy a large part of the leaf. Frass in long thread fragments or pearl chains alternating along the sides of the mine. Pupation outside the mine, exit slit in the lower epidermis.
Larvae from June till September, a few still in October.
Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2009).
