Short corridor, quickly widening into a blotch. The first section usually lower-surface, continuation either upper- or lower-surface, shallow, whitish. Pupation outside the mine.
Thesium alpinum, linophyllon subps. montanum.
Larvae in July – August (Hering, 1957a).
Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2009).
