Phytomyza pulsatillicola Hering, 1962
Blackish, primary blotch that extends from the tip of a leaf segment towards the centre. Most frass in the oldest part of the mine. Frass in discrete grains.
Pulsatilla patens, pratensis, vulgaris.
A larva was found in mid-June.
Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2009).

The right mandible is notably longer than the left one. Rear spirauclum with 16-17 papillae.
The species name has been accidentally missspeld in the Fauna Europaea” “pulsatilicolla”
