Large blotch, with a group of some 5 larvae. At the start of the mine on the leaf underside a group of elliptic egg shells. Pupation outside the mine.

Convalliaria majalis; Maianthemum bifolium; Polygonatum multiflorum, odoratum, verticillatum.


Larvae from May to August (Hering, 1957a).

LUX not recorded (Fauna Europaea, 2008).

From Scandinavia and northern Russia to the Pyrenees, and from France to Poland and Hungary (Fauna Europaea, 2008); also Bulgaria (Tomov & Krusteva, 2007a).
