Terellia tussilaginis (Fabricius, 1775)

the larva develops in a hardly modfied achene. Its presence is recognisable by a tiny hole near the upper end, and a much larger hole near the base. The larva is solitary and pupates within the achene.

Only rarely on Cirsium. The reference to Centaurea jacea by Tóth is less probable.
