Mycodiplosis inimica (Fitch, 1961)
spatula with papillae (from Möhn, 1955a)
Isodiplosis involuta Rübsaamen, 1910.
this species, described from North America, has for a time been understood as synonymous with M. plasmoparae; inimca being the oldest and therefore valid name. The synonymy has been reversed by Skuhravá, Skuhravý & Meyer (2014a). The ensuing confusion has resulted in the erroneous inclusion of inimica in the fauna of the Benelux by Roskam & Carbonnelle (2015a). Whether inimica does at all occur in Europe is questionable.
