The flower buds remain closed and are swollen. Larvae dull, red, gregarious, unable to jump. Univoltine, hibernation in the soil.

Dasineura oyensis (Tavares, 1922).


Possibly this species is an inquiline of Contarinia anthobia.

At the other hand, it is assumed tha Dasineura fusca is an inquiline of D. oxyacanthae.
