synonyms
In their treatment of the gall midges of Switzerland Skuhravá & Skuhravý (1997a) list a “Dasineura senecionis (Rübsaamen, 1916”, a species living on Senecio jacobaea. This cannot easily be interpreted. The name is not mentioned in the catalogue by Gagné & Jaschhof (2014a). Possibly Contarinia jacobaea [= Diplosis senecionis Rübsaamen, 1891)] was intended.
