Puparia oval, ± 1 mm, black, with a fine white fringe of wax. Dorsally some pairs of large white clumps of wax wool. At the undersides of the leaves.

host plants

Arbutus unedo; Arctostaphylos uva-ursi; Myrtus communis; Teucrium flavum, Viburnum davidii, tinus.

Mainly on Viburnum tinus and to a somewhat lesser degree Arbutus unedo.
