notes
Wahlgreniella nervata originally is a North American species, that in its native region alternates between Rosa and several Ericaceae, including Arbutus. Probably two separate introductions of the species into Europa have taken place. This has resulted in two populations, one living permanently on rose, the other one Arbutus unedo. They are treated here as two subspecies.
