Mature viviparae winged, 2-3 mm, pale yellow or greyish-yellow, usually without any dark dorsal abdominal markings, but with a black cauda; at the underside of mature leaves.


Poaceae, oligophagous

Arundinaria; Bambusa; Phyllostachys bambusoides; Pseudosasa japonica; Sasa.

Also observed on the European “big grasses”: Arundo donax; Phragmites australis.
