Andricus luisieri Tavares, 1914
elliptic, unilocular gall of ± 2 mm long in number at the underside of the leaf. Around each gall the leaf is sunken deeply. The wall is thin, smooth, shiny straw-coloured; at the tip a group of white hairs that are curving back to the base of the gall.

Found only once (in Portugal).
