gall

weak swelling of a young shoot, up to 1.5 cm long, with smooth bark. The gall is unilocular, larva solitary. Univoltine; pupation probably in the gall.

Third abdominal segment with 3 dorsal annulets. Suranal plate without pseudocerci.
