Larvae in the pods, able to move from one fruit to the other. Pupation in a cocoon among the litter.
Occasionally Lotus corniculatus.
Bivoltine;hibernation as larva.

Body translucent greyish white; head brown, laterally darker; prothoracic plate light brown; pinacula waek, light brown (Hancock & Bland).
Considered conspecific with Cydia succedana by some authors.
