Coleophora partitella Zeller, 1849
Laterally strongly compressed, two-valved, black silken case, hardly narrowed behind the mouth, 10-11.5 mm long. Rear end narrowed, ventrally a weak keel. Mouth angle 20-25°.
A reference by Vávra to Centaurea stoebe seems dubious.
Larvae from September till May (Hering, 1957a).
Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2009).
