Coleophora sisteronica Toll, 1961
case
Dark brown composite leaf case of 2.5-4 mm with a mouth angle of 45°. The case is composed of some ten mined leaflets, that are placed transversely one after the other. Contrary to C. acrisella, that makes a comparable case, the interior is smooth. Like in acrisella, the mouth opening is shifted laterally, causing the case to lie on its side on the leaf.
