Scrobipalpa spergulariella (Chrétien, 1910)
The larva spins groups of leaves together and mines them out, but may also live free in the inflorescence.
In the original description, “Spergularia azorica” is mentioned as the host plant, but that is en endemic of the Azores.

Southern France, Sicily, Greek mainland, Crete (Fauna Europaea, 2011).
Head light brown, prothoracic plate shining black. First two thoracic segments dark brownish red, remainder of yellowish green. See also Nel (1999b).
