Lyonetiidae

Emmet (1985a) unites under this name not only the Lyonetiidae, but also the families Bedellidae and Bucculatricidae. Later authors (including the Fauna Europaea) place particularly the Bucculatricidae in a quite different taxonomic position (see also Davis, 1987a (who agrees with Emmet); Parenti, 2000a; Seksyaeva, 1990c).
