Kessleria albescens (Rebel, 1899)
The larvae mine during most of their life; only late they live free among spun shoots. Several leaves are mined out, and wrapped in fine silk.
possibly also on other broad-leaved Saxifraga’s.
Hibernation probably as larva; possibly bivoltine.
Not known from the Benelux countries (Fauna Europaea, 2013).
