Differences with Antispila treitschkiella are in the first place the absence of a row of dorsal black dots on each of the abdominal segments. (Easily visible without opening the mine: the larva lies belly-up in the mine). Also the hump on segment 8 is much less strongly developed, and the prolegs are even more reduced.
