One specimen reared from Q. robur. Z & A Laštuvka (2008a) found in Spain adults in a vegetation of Q. faginea, probably a hostplant as well.

Larvae were collected in August and October.
distribution within Europe
From Czechia and Slovakia to Spain, Italy, and Greece.
larva
No ventral plates (van Nieukerken ao, 2010a).
