Mine a full-depth, verry narrow corridor, hardly widened in the end; the first 1/3 is particularly narrow, closely following the leaf margin. Sides finely irregularly scalloped. Frass line irregular, almost fillng the corridor but always leaving clear margins. Pupation external.
