leaves pale, may be disfigured. Underside with a greyish-violet down, consisting of 0.4 mm high erect conidiophores that apically several times are dichotomously branching, each terminal branch ending in a conidium.

Veronica dillenii, hederifolia, sublobata, triloba, triphyllos.

A reference to V. arvensis by Negrean probably concerns P. agrestis.
