gall

upper side of the leaves with yellow spots. Underside with a whitish fungal down consisting of vertical conidiophores that apically several times are dichotomously branching, each branch ending upon an ovoid conidium. Mainly on seedlings. Between the dense cover of stellate hairs at the underside of the leaves, the conidiophores may be difficult to find.
