Dauphin & Aniotsbehere attribute leaf-deforming rust on Cerastium arvense, fontanum, glomeratum, semidecandrum to “Puccinia caryophyllacearum (Link)”. This is erroneous, what was intended is Melampsporella caryophyllacearum (now M. elatina).
