mycelium amphigenous, mealy-flaky. Conidia solitary, without fibrosin bodies. Cleistothecia with 3-7 asci, containing 3-5 spores. Appendages variable in number, myceloïd, septate, attached at the lower side of the cleistothecium, eventually brown, sometimes strongly, even coralloid, branched, 0.5-1.5 the cleistothecial diameter.
