no host plant alternation.Aecia dispersed over the entire underside of leaf, yellow, cupulate, mixed with spermogonia. Uredinia in small circles, brown. Telia small, blackish brown. Between the teliospores also urediniospores with 2, equatorial pores. Teliospores two-celled, not constricted, wall uniformly thick, verruculose. Pedicel hyaline, often out of alignment with the spore.
