No host plant alternation, only sometimes uredinia (not described), and telia. Telia dark brown, pustulate, opening with a pore; sporen one-celled, finely and densely verrucose, apically with a low, brown papilla. Infected plants are only lightly disfigured, they bloom and develop fruits.
