Uromyces anagyridis: spores

Anagyris foetida, from González-Fragoso (1925a): urediniospores (top) and teliospores (bottom)

No host plant alternation, uredinia and telia. Uredinia scarce, hypophyllous, cinnamon coloured, soon naked, then pulverulent; spores ± globular, diameter 22-30 µm, 3-6 germination pores. Telia generally hypophyllous, irregularly scattered over the leaf, mostly on yellow leaf spots, pulverulent, brown-blackish; spores 15-22 x 18-25 µm, coarsely verrucose; pedicel hyaline, very short, easily breaking off.

Fabaceae, monophagous

Anagyris foetida.
