No host plant alternation. Aecia in groups on yellow leaf spots, cupulate, spores yellow.Uredinia light brown; spores with 6-9 germination pores. Telia brownish black; spores one-celled, smooth, wall apically neatly thickened; pedicel persistent, up to 150 µm, distally brown.
