Uromyces scutellatus (von Paula Schrank) Léveillé, 1847

on Euphorbia

No host plant alternation, only hypophyllous spermogonia and dark brown telia. Teliospores one-celled, wall coarsely verrucose, the warts coalescing into low, irregular ridges; pedicel short. In the telia also some finely echinulate urediniospores are formed, with 4 germination pores. Infected plants are etiolated and do not flower.
