Thekopsora ericae: uredinium

only the uredinia are known. There are hypophyllous, 0.2 mm large; the orange spores measure 19-25 x 13-17 µm, the wall is finely spinulose. The mycelium is systemic, and hibernates in the plants; infested plants develop witches’ brooms.
