Puccinia and Uromyces
Both genera are closely related, and the general aspect of the infection is identical. The only difference is that the teliospores of Puccinia consist of two cells (with the septum perpendicular to the length axis), while the teliospores of Uromyces are unicellular. Otherwise in some Puccinia species unicellular spores do exist (so-called mesospores) but almost always in small numbers.
