No host plant alternation, only telia. Telia dark brown, mainly hypophyllous, on yellow spots. Teliospores two-celled, narrowly elliptic, somewhat constricted. Wall smooth, apically somewhat thickened. Pedicel hyaline, thick, about as long as the spore.
