Puccinia ilicis Yen & Zambettakis, 1977
No host plant alternation, no spermogonia and aecia (known). Urediniospores and teliospores are produced in common hypophyllous sori. Teliospores two-celled, on pedicels of 80-170 µm.
In BioInfo (2013) Malcolm Storey makes the suggestion that in the original description the host plant may be confused with mahonia, implying that the description in fact refers to the common Cumminsiella mirabilissima.
