Puccinia rigensis

Puccinia rigensis Bucholtz, 1905

on Angelica

Like P. angelicae, but with somewhat smaller urediniospores: angelicae: 22-28 x 25-40 µm, rigensis: 20-24 x 26-30 µm. It is questionable whether this difference justifies the specific status of rigensis.

host plants

Apiaceae, monophagous

Angelica palustris.
