gall

only uredinia and telia. Uredinia light brown, pulverulent; spores yellowish brown, one-celled, finely spinulose, with 2 indistinct germination pores. Telia darker brown, compact. Teliospores two-celled, smooth, apical wall of the top cell hardly thickened; pedicel persistent, up to 80 µm.
