spermogonia and aecia not observed. Uredinia and telia hypophyllous on small brownish spots, somewhat pulverulent, light brown and brown, respectively. Urediniospores with 2-3 equatorial pores. Teliospores 2-celled, broadly elliptic, wall smooth, of uniform thickness; pedicel light brown, as long as the spore or shorter.
