only spermogonia and telia. Spermogonia yellow, abortive, surrounding the telia. Telia brown, in amphigenous, concentric, not confluent circles on discoloured leaf spots; they remain long covered by the epidermis. Teliospores one-celled, indistinctly spinulose, with one apical germ pore covered by a low papilla.
