Ficaria verna, Ittervoort, Vijverbroek; the white spots on the leaves are caused by another common fungus, Entyloma ficariae.

No host plant alternation, only telia. Teliospores one-celled, apically a papilla; pedicel rather long, deciduous. Between the teliospores als a few urediniospores are formed, that are finely spinulose, and lack an apical papilla.
