Uredinia amphigenous; spores remotely spinulose, with 3-6 randomly distributed pores. Telia amphigenous, dark brown; spores one-celled, very finely verrucose, warts often in parallel vertical lines; top with a low hyaline papilla; pedicel deciduous, short.
