Infected plants look pale and diseased. Undersides of the leaves, tendrils, stems and pods with a brownish-violet down, consisting of erect conidiophores that apically several times are dichotomously branching, each terminal branch ending in a conidium.
Fabaceae, narrowly monophagous
The species has been recognised by Cunnington, but is still awaiting a formal description and a name.
