another, more weakly expressed gall
The galls, especially the on of the upper picture, strongly reminds of Rabdophaga rosaria; there is no trace of a gall chamber, maybe because the gall is still young. The galls contained may small, whitish, thrips larvae (plus a few full grown ones), possibly secondary occupants.
