Magydaris pastinacea from González Fragoso (1924a): urediniospores and teliospores

No host plant alternation, only uredinia and telia. Uredinia hypophyllous, not on spots, less than half a mm, cinnamon coloured; spores 20-27 x 24-35 µm, with 3 germination pores. Telia like the uredinia, but black, pulverulent. Teliospores 22-34 x 32-50 µm, wall thick, irregularly reticulate; pedicel hyaline, deciduous.
